Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access/account-related issues, including privileged access and access governance.
  • •Support Epic identity integrations with enterprise IAM platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint/Saviynt, ServiceNow) and assist with JML lifecycle processes.
  • •Investigate and resolve security and access-related incidents, participate in RCA, and help implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Administration, Healthcare IT, or related technical support roles.
  • •2+ years of experience supporting Epic Security and Access Management.
  • •Experience with Epic Security (roles, profiles, security classes, access controls) and Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID.
  • •Hands-on experience with SSO/authentication technologies including SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, and federation services.
  • •Basic scripting/automation experience using PowerShell or REST APIs.
