Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze clients’ marketing needs and define the right approach using Odoo apps
  • •Configure technical aspects and guide clients to become Odoo champions
  • •Follow projects and communicate about statuses and tasks to ensure delivery on time and on budget
  • •Support and coach other teams on retail tools and deliver personal training sessions
  • •Collaborate with product owners and contribute to internal improvement through content and sales/marketing support

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and French
  • •Worked for a retail structure with a focus on market basket analysis, RFM analysis, BCG quadrant matrix, gmroi analysis, RGM analysis, assortment recommendations, pricing strategy, promotions, and predictive analytics
  • •Able to learn fast, multitask, and work autonomously with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • •Experience implementing management software or digital transformation (management software implementation / digital transformation)
  • •Valid work permit for Belgium
