Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 24x7 rotational on-call production support for MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and data pipelines, including proactive alert response.
  • •Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents involving integration failures, file processing errors, and data mismatches; perform root-cause analysis and post-incident documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot data issues using SQL and monitor AWS S3 bucket activity, including permissions, lifecycle configuration, and failed/stuck file transfers.
  • •Enhance MuleSoft integrations and DataWeave transformations for performance, reliability, and maintainability; apply MuleSoft best practices when modifying flows.
  • •Build operational dashboards and automation scripts, support CI/CD pipeline maintenance and deployments, and collaborate with product, QA, and data teams on improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in integration production support and backend/data engineering, including incident resolution and SQL-based troubleshooting.
  • •Hands-on production/L2–L3 support experience for integration/API/data platforms, including 24x7 rotational on-call coverage.
  • •Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
  • •Experience troubleshooting MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x) apps on CloudHub 2.0, including API-led connectivity and DataWeave 2.0 transformations.
  • •Working knowledge of AWS S3 file processing and messaging systems (Amazon SQS, Anypoint MQ, Kafka, or JMS/ActiveMQ), including DLQ handling.
