Key Responsibilities

•Assist Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system at site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
•Prepare work inspection requests (WIR) for construction activities and submit to the consultant to ensure coverage of all site activities.
•Monitor WIRs and test reports, update the Quality Manager and site team on status, and provide data in weekly progress meetings.
•Establish and monitor QA/QC plans, method of statements, and test plans before and during the project to meet quality requirements and client expectations.
•Verify inspections are performed as planned, advise corrective actions to avoid rejections, record test results (including steel availability with mill certificates), and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

•5+ years working experience with 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
•In-depth knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) or Integrated Management System (IMS) and quality procedures.
•Knowledge of quality standards, specifications, and systems such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
•ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
•Professional degree/certification such as MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE), plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
