Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the pre- and post-award execution lifecycle by helping programs adopt division standards, tools, and processes to drive successful startup and sustained performance.
  • •Conduct light-touch program assessments (e.g., health checks, compliance checks, financial driver reviews) and provide “how do I…” guidance across program operations, compliance, risk management, and governance.
  • •Support transition management processes by maintaining templates, guides, and operational artifacts, and monitoring adherence to GDIT standards and Federal Health policies (including audit readiness and quality processes).
  • •Coordinate division-wide or sector-wide initiatives, prepare materials for data calls and recurring operational reviews, and support margin optimization reviews and corrective action coordination.
  • •Prepare Voice of the Customer review packages and leadership briefing materials, track actions, and help gather data for rapid response tasks when adverse government feedback is received.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting contract execution by analyzing budgets, schedules, staffing needs, and key financial performance drivers.
