Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish quantitative annual sales objectives and monitor monthly sales performance versus objectives using the company sales information system.
  • •Solicit new business and provide timely sales information for monthly and year-to-date sales reporting.
  • •Maintain expert knowledge of company commercial credit products to identify customer needs and sell accordingly.
  • •Provide direct service to commercial customers (deposit, loan, and related products) and approve/reject loan applications within individual lending authority; coordinate specialized services with other departments as needed.
  • •Maintain knowledge of operating policies, loan documentation procedures, and credit quality responsibilities, including early detection and monitoring of problem credit.
