Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the systems side of new product and pricing launches from initial pricing discussion through launch day and the first billing cycle.
  • •Translate pricing and packaging decisions into system changes across SKUs, price books, bundles, discount/approval rules, contract terms, billing plans, tax codes, and reporting.
  • •Build and run a repeatable NPI playbook including intake, readiness checklist, sign-offs, launch calendar, and post-launch review.
  • •Design end-to-end pricing models and determine system source-of-truth for each component, including usage-based, seat-based, tiered, and multi-year ramp pricing.
  • •Coordinate changes across Salesforce, billing, and the tax platform, partner with Deal Desk/Sales/Finance/Accounting/Tax/Legal, and reconcile quotes, orders, invoices, and finance reports after launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in GTM or revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst, Q2C Systems Lead, or similar, with hands-on ownership of product and pricing launches.
  • •Experience launching new products or pricing models at a fast-growing company, owning change across catalog, quoting, contracts, and billing.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or a similar CPQ tool, including product/pricing data models, price books, bundles, and approval rules.
  • •A working understanding of how pricing flows into bookings, invoicing, tax, and revenue recognition.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce admin skills and the ability to communicate clearly with Product, sellers, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and engineers to land on a fixed launch date.
