Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support the CyberArk PAM platform, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, and related components
  • •Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for CyberArk incidents, including PSM session issues and CPM password management failures
  • •Configure and onboard accounts, safes, and policies; implement and fine-tune password rotation and session management controls
  • •Integrate CyberArk with target systems (Windows, Linux, databases, network devices) for credential management and session monitoring
  • •Investigate incidents/service requests, perform root cause analysis, prevent recurrence, and maintain documentation (runbooks/SOPs/KB); support upgrades/patching and DR testing; automate tasks where feasible

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience with the CyberArk PAM solution
  • •Proven troubleshooting expertise in CyberArk PSM and CPM (Privileged Session Manager and Central Policy Manager)
  • •Good understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts
  • •Experience with account onboarding, safe management, and policy configuration in CyberArk
  • •Fluent English and Hungarian (mandatory)
