Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety and awareness through leading/joining meetings and training to reinforce asset protection protocols
  • •Maintain a strong store presence (75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe environment
  • •Collaborate with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager on shrink reduction and safety initiatives
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, including audits and required reporting
  • •De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritize safety and client experience, and represent Sephora Testify in court if required
