Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Water Sports Manager in daily management of all water sports activities and supervise instructors and operational staff for safe, high-quality delivery.
  • •Oversee daily execution of water sports, ensuring instructors are briefed and deployed per schedules, and that weather/sea conditions are monitored for safe operations.
  • •Ensure all equipment is prepared, inspected, and ready for use; manage guest flow from check-in through activity completion; act as escalation point for operational issues, guest concerns, and safety incidents.
  • •Support pre-opening readiness by assisting setup and readiness of facilities, equipment, and operational systems; contribute to procedures, safety standards, and onboarding/training.
  • •Enforce safety, environment, and quality standards by conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with SOPs and emergency protocols, maintaining activity/incident records, and providing updates to the Water Sports Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Water Sports Instructor (or equivalent) and strong background across multiple water sports disciplines.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations, with supervisory/team leadership experience preferred.
  • •Valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date) and strong understanding of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management.
  • •Strong leadership, team coordination, organizational, and operational planning abilities.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic advantage) and customer-focused mindset for high-end clientele.
