Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the management and development of a portfolio of international corporate clients operating in Switzerland.
  • •Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering service that supports client growth.
  • •Drive product sales opportunities and lead due diligence and execution of new business opportunities, including KYC and client/product onboarding.
  • •Support client onboarding and account management, including preparation of credit processes and applications and ongoing annual reviews.
  • •Ensure adherence to HSBC standards by managing financial crime risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant expertise in a client-focused role, ideally within corporate banking, corporate finance, or transaction banking.
  • •Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis, to support credit assessment.
  • •Good understanding of risk management principles and common credit mitigants, including proactive credit risk assessments and customer due diligence.
  • •Degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Accounting or similar).
  • •Fluent spoken and written English; fluency in German, French or Italian is an advantage.
