Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with enterprise customers to deliver consulting on process and workflow development strategies, training, and technical guidance using industry expertise.
  • •Lead implementation consulting engagements for strategic transformation and improvements in factory/plant process planning and operations, including supply chain integration.
  • •Contribute to sales and business development by helping customers understand the value of consulting, and supporting proposal development with Solutions Architects and Business Consultants.
  • •Analyze current situations, define hypothetical models for ideal states, identify gaps, and propose solutions; set up new business improvement processes and solution priorities.
  • •Define detailed requirements and workflows for Autodesk products, document use cases, and drive adoption through presentations, tests, and training; provide customer experience feedback to global consulting teams; (may) develop systems architecture and custom modules.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as an implementation consultant for design and manufacturing solutions (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES) in manufacturing, plant engineering, or automotive industries.
  • •Understand digital transformation (DX) and digital twin in manufacturing.
  • •Experience with structured analysis of business information and workflow use case analysis.
  • •IT knowledge of web applications, cloud, and databases.
  • •Proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong communication and customer orientation.
