Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical design and architectural expert across the Data Center Solutions portfolio.
  • •Build and maintain relationships in assigned accounts to identify and cultivate additional opportunities.
  • •Develop solution/strategy and architectural designs for customers, with emphasis on global managed services and infrastructure solutions.
  • •Author and deliver data center designs, statements of work (SOWs), and technical project plans incorporating service and program management activities.
  • •Act as a deal architect for multi-faceted, multi-technology solutions and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design guides for project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
  • •10+ years in a customer/client-facing technical role (pre/post sales, sales engineering, consulting, solutions architecture, service delivery) with infrastructure architecture knowledge for hyper-scale/large-scale data centers.
  • •Experience developing and delivering data center infrastructure, distributed telecommunications systems, data center connectivity, and/or managed network solutions with end-to-end accountability.
  • •Demonstrated prior successful customer engagements, including solution designs, statements of work, and/or technical project plans.
  • •Ability to present both technical and non-technical information effectively to broad audiences.
