Own pre-sales technical activities for a region and align solution delivery with product revenue goals. Key Responsibilities

•Manage pre-sales activities for a region and align technical resources with product revenue goals.
•Advise sales management on effective use and deployment of technical resources.
•Collaborate with sales, support, and implementation teams to maintain close alignment across functions.
•Conduct discovery calls and technical product demonstrations for active deals; gather requirements, define scope, and create wireframes.
•Develop and deliver POCs and respond to RFP/RFI requests, ensuring compliance of pre-sales documentation and qualifying opportunities against technical requirements and competition.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years in Solution Engineering or another technical role.
•Significant experience in technology sales, with ability to work at both business and technical levels.
•Experience driving operations and best practices across multi-office, cross-functional organizations.
•Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proven collaboration and influencing in matrix organizations.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including flexibility to work in any shift.
