Key Responsibilities

  • •Support schedule and cost control by reviewing contractor work programs and monitoring activities against approved plans.
  • •Review contractors’ work-program items and pre-construction submittals (staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans).
  • •Assist with risk management inputs, progress monitoring, delay investigation, and recommendations for corrective measures.
  • •Track versions of drawings and specifications to ensure latest revised documents are used by relevant parties.
  • •Support deliverables including review of testing and commissioning plans and preparation/issuance of take-over certificates, defect liability certificates, final accounts, and statements of completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry.
  • •3+ years of experience in the same industry within a top tier regional or multinational consultancy firm.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Good knowledge of scheduling and planning software (e.g., Primavera), with Arabic and English proficiency.
