Key Responsibilities

  • •Build secure AI search and retrieval for large-scale enterprise document platforms using Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.
  • •Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, including hybrid keyword+vector search and vector search with semantic ranking and relevance tuning.
  • •Create prompts and response constraints to reduce hallucinations and support citation-based answers grounded in enterprise documents.
  • •Develop backend services/APIs that orchestrate search, retrieval, and LLM calls, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and observability.
  • •Implement security and governance for retrieval, including document-level access control and metadata-driven filtering, with audit and debugging support.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • •Expertise in Azure OpenAI SDKs, APIs, and deployment strategies.
  • •Knowledge of agentic systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • •Experience designing enterprise RAG platforms, including retrieval grounding of LLM responses in enterprise data sources.
