•Adopt an authentic approach to clienteling and build long term relationships with clients by personalizing the client experience at every touchpoint.
•Respond efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; fluency in French, Spanish, German, Turkish or Arabic is required in both written and oral forms.
•Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional phone presence.
•Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software, and strong typing skills.
•Ability to build personalized client relationships, deliver luxury service, and drive sales targets.
•Experience delivering high-quality client support across calls, chat, email, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp); ability to handle post-sale inquiries and coordinate with boutiques.
