•Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to accelerate and sustain business growth.
•Conduct in-depth analysis of ecommerce performance, including resource allocation, traffic efficiency, user behavior, and merchant operations.
•Gather and synthesize market data and competitor trends to devise insights and strategies aligned to business objectives.
•Establish KPIs and monitor progress, identifying root causes of metric movement to enable continuous optimization.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop short- and long-term strategic plans and drive high-impact projects.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,694 - 159,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Analytics (Any), Data Science, Information Management, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s with 3 years of related work experience.
•1 year of experience using SQL, Python, or R to analyze large datasets and define key metrics.
•1 year of experience using Tableau to generate data visualizations.
•1 year of experience analyzing market and business metrics using MySQL and/or Excel to deliver strategic business insights.
•Experience presenting findings (e.g., Excel Pivot Tables, PowerPoint) and conducting competitor/industry research to support leadership decisions.
