Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a consistent client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions as needed
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, identifying needs or opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate team members
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs
  • •Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution
