  • •Own regional talent strategy including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development of future retail leaders.
  • •Deliver and exceed regional sales, profit, and productivity targets through commercial leadership and execution across key customer KPIs.
  • •Drive performance and growth strategies using customer, competitor, and market insights; champion exceptional customer experience and service excellence.
  • •Ensure best-in-class operational excellence across compliance, Health & Safety, stock integrity, inventory control, and visual presentation, including supporting new store openings.
