Coordinator Rider On Ground Ops

Coordinate day-to-day fleet operations at the city/zone level by monitoring live performance, tracking rider performance, and resolving rider issues. Serve as the primary communication link between riders, dispatch, and fleet partners, handling walk-in queries and escalations from internal and external stakeholders. Conduct on-ground audits of fleet appearance and rider behavior, facilitate feedback loops to management, and take corrective actions for low-performing riders.
