Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the BI/IT team to translate needs into effective data solutions.
  • •Transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth and align dashboards with organizational goals.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting needs with business functions.
  • •Guide Power BI developers and SQL engineers with business context, data definitions, and logic validation.
  • •Ensure data quality through validation, UAT coordination, gap analysis, and drive adoption via training and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in BI/data analytics or related domains.
  • •Strong knowledge of Power BI to review dashboards, provide feedback, and refine visualizations.
  • •Proficient in SQL to query/analyze data and guide data modeling or backend logic.
  • •Experience working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Delivery.
  • •Experience with agile/scrum methodology (plus); Python experience is a plus.
