Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Team Lead with governance controls for purchase orders generated by Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • •Ensure timeous and accurate transactional, contract, and Capex/general purchase orders, including GL/cost centre selection and quantity/price/tax verifications.
  • •Resolve GRNI and invoice/PO queries, run open orders/pending action reports, and follow up on discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
  • •Assist vendors with Coupa Supplier Enablement (CSP) and support vendor onboarding documentation for compliance checks.
  • •Provide reporting and administrative support for audits, monthly service centre cost reviews/accruals, and preparation of monthly journal requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification or Matric with 5–8 years administrative experience.
  • •Experience in stock control and system processes in a highly pressured environment.
  • •3 years SAP and/or Coupa experience.
  • •Ability to work accurately and reliably under pressure while handling multiple activities simultaneously.
  • •Experience supporting procurement controls, purchase order processing, and reporting in a business environment.
