Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high levels of customer experience in-store according to brand values and service standards
  • •Help achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective customer service
  • •Accurately process sales transactions at the register safely and efficiently
  • •Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards per Puma guidelines
  • •Assist with inbound/outbound merchandise and help manage stock levels and product availability as needed

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of experience in a retail environment or related experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced store setting

  • •basic computer skills, familiarity with MS Office
  • •ability to stand and move for long periods and to lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 pounds
