Job Summary

Lead the global talent acquisition function for EMEA and AMERS, coaching the regional recruitment team to deliver the right talent for the right roles, while partnering with leaders and the People team to shape hiring strategy, improve candidate experience, and drive hiring targets across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor and drive the performance of the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team.
•Consult with leaders, internal stakeholders and the People team to lead the strategic hiring needs of the EMEA/AMERS region.
•Build out regional and technical knowledge on roles, skills and candidate pools to source the best talent to meet the hiring requirements as they flex and change.
•Weekly/Monthly business reporting on hiring cadence.
•Regular liaison with the Global Talent Director to stay ahead of hiring plans and plan team capacity appropriately.

•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making.
