Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales and profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the management team
  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes using payroll management and zone/visual support aligned to business needs and company expectations
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities via product placement, outfitting, and stock levels and make necessary changes
  • •Coach associates and support recruitment/development; collaborate on cross-functional training and execute store opening/closing in accordance with visual standards
