Job Summary

Develop future-ready skills through WSP’s Undergraduate Program while gaining hands-on experience with technical and industry experts at a tier-1 engineering consultancy. You’ll join a structured mentorship and learning environment designed to build practical capability, explore how the firm works, and support your progress toward an eventual transition from undergraduate to Graduate roles.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop future-ready skills and make an impact on your community.
•Participate in mentorship and structured development programs within a global firm.

•Learn through a regular development and learning program.
•Gain insight into the inner workings of a tier-1 engineering consultancy, with potential transition to Graduate.

Key Requirements

•Currently undertaking a relevant Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree.
•Analytical, curious, and passionate about continuing your learning in a real-world environment.
•Available from December 2026 onwards, in your penultimate year or final year in 2027.
•Undergraduate study in one of: Mechanical, Civil (Geotech/Structural/Fire), Electrical, Environmental, Architecture.
•Undergraduate study in one of: Environmental Science, Geophysics, Geology, Ecology, Climate Change, or Smart Building & Technology Systems, Telecommunications, Data & Computer Science, Law, Economics, Urban Planning, Project Management.
