Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support by maintaining customer plant and equipment on-site under service and maintenance contracts. Diagnose system problems during site visits, perform Planned Preventative Maintenance, customer breakdowns, warranty work, and commissioning/hire work. Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with the service desk, sales, and operations teams. Use hand tools and diagnostic software, generate work-order reports, and support continuous improvement across regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose system problems and perform technical servicing of customer plant and equipment on assigned projects and site visits.
•Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire/commissioning workloads.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact.
•Collaborate with the service desk, sales, and operations teams to share key customer insights and communicate updates.
•Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders and communicate with supervisors, region service managers, and senior technicians to drive improvements.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a service or field-based technician role and strong knowledge of customer service principles.
•Ability to diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment during customer site visits.
•Experience performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and commissioning workloads.
•Proficiency in using diagnostic software and MS Office Suite for reporting and work-order documentation.
•Appropriate skilled-based certificates with F-Gas and a UK driving licence (company vehicle allocated).
