Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform bank reconciliations for store and web accounts and analyze discrepancies to implement corrective actions
  • •Manage Sephora gift cards (B2B and B2C)
  • •Oversee customer invoicing, monitor cash collections, and handle disputes (aged receivables)
  • •Manage back margins (year-end rebates and promotional activities) across multiple perimeters
  • •Contribute to month-end closing activities and collaborate with cross-functional business and finance teams (UK entity and central teams)
