Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with Finance and Royalties teams to support day-to-day operations and long-term projects.
  • •Support central finance month-end reporting including group financial results consolidation, budget tracking, forecasting, and CFO reporting packs.
  • •Reconcile financial data and identify anomalies in balance sheets to ensure accurate financial statements; raise invoices and handle finance-related queries.
  • •Act as first point of contact for standard royalty queries from artists, producers, and managers while coordinating with royalty managers on complex cases.
  • •Support royalty operations by setting up contracts in EROS, validating banking and identity information for artist payments, and preparing monthly royalty statements and reports.
