Key Responsibilities

  • •Complex Incident Resolution: Independently work on troubleshooting technically demanding customer escalations with minimal business impact.
  • •Engineering Interface: Serve as a technical link to engineering and customer support, documenting issues and prioritizing bug reports.
  • •Deep-Dive Analysis: Use advanced debugging tools, Gen AI/ML capabilities, API flow analysis, and protocol analyzers to root-cause sophisticated attacks or product failures.
  • •Research & Development: Design and develop new features/enhancements to secure web-based applications; explore efficient security solutions.
  • •Troubleshooting & Deployment: Troubleshoot, fix, and test product issues; deploy security solutions on data pipelines and Azure-based platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •B tech or master’s in computer science or related fields; 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with C / C++ / Python programming; solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • •Strong Linux skills; experience with multithreaded, asynchronous programming; familiarity with debugging tools like gdb.
  • •Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, with focused knowledge of Azure; Docker and containers; Kubernetes is a plus.
  • •Ability to manage customer expectations, work with multiple stakeholders (tech support, customer success, sales) and communicate status clearly.
