Sales Associate

Serve as the first point of contact at a Forge & Build facility, delivering friendly, professional customer service for walk-ins and incoming calls. Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and customer payments, while maintaining store readiness through stocking, cleaning, merchandising, and inventory-related tasks. Provide product information, support lead referrals to outside sales, and learn the BisTrack system to resolve inventory discrepancies and complete POS tasks. Drive improvement through timely internal and customer communication.
