Job Summary

Monitor and operate plant process equipment to maximize unit reliability and quality production. Execute daily production run schedules, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and resolve quality problems while documenting operating parameters. Perform changeovers, minor maintenance, standard QC tests, and maintain clean work areas using safety procedures including LOTO. Coordinate with supervisors and support teams and follow shift schedules across multiple shifts.

•Comply with all safety requirements, participating in safety activities such as talks, observations, and audits.
•Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment used during daily manufacturing, including performing changeovers and cleaning machinery.
•Execute daily production run schedules, resolve quality issues, and report unresolved issues immediately.
•Perform standard QC tests and accurately record production data, while maintaining communication with internal and external teams.
•Monitor maintenance activities and perform minor maintenance and equipment maintenance tasks where applicable.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 months previous experience in production or manufacturing; mechanically inclined preferred.

•Ability to follow written and verbal operating and LOTO procedures, and read/interpret documents and communicate effectively.
•Ability to stand up to 12 hours and lift at least 55 lbs; work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
