Key Responsibilities

•Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customer objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
•Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards, validating outputs against business requirements.
•Build and configure Celonis platform solutions, including data transformations, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
•Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology, and lead value creation workshops to define improvement measures.
•Manage rollout, adoption, and handover: train customer users, document design decisions, and track outcomes against timelines, scope, and expectations.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
•Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation; proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
•Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and ability to write clear specifications and evaluate AI-generated outputs (prompt/context engineering is a plus).
•Strong enterprise business process and financial metrics expertise, including familiarity with ERPs such as SAP and Oracle and process areas like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field; fluent English required.
