Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
  • •Perform balance sheet reconciliations and own balance sheet & profit and loss.
  • •Manage reporting including quarter-end reporting, fixed asset accounting, and US GAAP lease accounting.
  • •Handle statutory audit and reporting, including US GAAP year-end audit clearance.
  • •Support tax compliance for corporate income tax and VAT, plus cash flow forecasting, cash management, and bank reconciliations; assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and M&A integration support.
