Applied Scientist/Research Engineer, EMEA

Drive applied AI research and collaborate with client teams to build and deploy advanced models across text, image, and speech. You’ll run large-scale pre-training and post-training on multi-GPU clusters, generate and curate training data, and improve model performance through evaluation. Working with science, engineering, and product partners, you’ll develop tooling and frameworks for data generation, training, evaluation, and deployment, including agent and retrieval-pipeline use cases.
