Accounting Manager

Manage AspenTech’s international entities with a focus on foreign statutory reporting and compliance. You’ll partner with local service providers worldwide, apply local GAAP alongside US GAAP, oversee statutory annual audit and reporting, and supervise indirect tax filings. The role includes monthly reconciliations between local results and US GAAP, ensuring internal controls compliance, leading process improvements, and supporting analyses, forecasts, and ad hoc projects for foreign subsidiaries.
