Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic communications and public outreach strategies for transportation and infrastructure projects, anticipating and mitigating community concerns and stakeholder issues.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for clients, project stakeholders, elected officials, community organizations, and agency partners; provide advice on community relations, risk mitigation, crisis communications, and stakeholder management.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and facilitate public outreach activities including public meetings, workshops, pop-up events, open houses, and stakeholder briefings.
  • •Develop and manage project communications content and deliverables across channels (website, social media, talking points, presentations, marketing materials, and media notifications).
  • •Lead and mentor communications and public involvement staff, manage project teams and deliverables, and support quality assurance and business development activities.
