Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the complete production operations and ensure service continuity.
  • •Establish a direct, privileged relationship with the client to align expectations and outcomes.
  • •Lead crisis cells, coordinate cross-functional actions, and communicate with management.
  • •Chair steering committees, presenting quality indicators, SLAs, and complaint management.
  • •Contribute to the industrialization strategy of RUN processes and provide leadership on transversal topics (infrastructure, security, procedures).
  • •Coach and develop team members to enhance operational capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master-level education in IT or production ( Bac +4/5 )
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in operational delivery, IT delivery, or RUN management
  • •Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • •Experience managing multi-actor or sensitive environments
  • •Strong ITIL 4 processes knowledge (incident, problem, change) and ability to produce/analyze service quality metrics
