Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end capacity planning process, including planning horizons, documentation, and methodology, and review/approve plans created by Planning Analysts.
  • •Use statistical techniques and tools such as Python, R, and SQL to build forecasting models and define risk bands under uncertainty.
  • •Partner with Finance on inputs to the financial rolling forecast, reconciling operational staffing models with corporate financial targets and cost objectives.
  • •Lead demand validation discussions and scenario planning, challenging assumptions with data to secure formal plan sign-offs.
  • •Oversee handoffs between capacity planning, hiring strategies, and scheduling requirements, while collaborating with Analytics to build automated data pipelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, forecasting, data science, or operations analytics.
  • •Experience owning planning cycles and driving financial alignment and stakeholder sign-offs in complex, high-volume, multi-skill environments.
  • •Strong hands-on predictive/statistical modeling experience using Python, R, or equivalent (time-series or regression-based).
  • •Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries, data modeling, and joining multiple operational datasets.
  • •Advanced spreadsheet skills with a continuous-improvement mindset and bias toward automation.
