WFM Capacity Planning Senior Analyst

Own the end-to-end workforce capacity planning process and replace spreadsheet-based planning with predictive, financially aligned forecasting. Build and improve forecasting models using Python, R, and SQL, define risk bands, and partner with Finance to align staffing plans to rolling financial targets. Lead scenario planning, challenge assumptions with data for senior stakeholders, and translate capacity outputs into hiring and scheduling requirements—while coaching fellow Planning Analysts.
