Job Summary

Technical Manager nationwide responsible for regional technical service support, collaborating with sales to develop large-scale farm clients, training sales teams and partners, solving on-site technical issues, and driving product adoption. Key Responsibilities

•Develop KA customers in collaboration with business units and provide subsequent technical service to customers.
•Collect and analyze product usage data and recommend formulations to customers.
•Implement the company’s technical service system in coordination with sales to increase sales and market share.
•Host regional technical lectures and promotional meetings to educate customers and field staff.
•Improve the technical service capabilities of regional sales managers and partners; contribute to product training materials and ongoing product development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above, major in animal nutrition, Master’s preferred
•At least 5 years of relevant work experience in feed/nutrition industry
•Strong product knowledge and technical background; ability to explain complex concepts clearly
•Excellent communication and conflict management skills; strong on-site problem solving and presentation abilities
•Willingness to travel and adapt to fast-paced environment
