Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop KA customers in collaboration with business units and provide subsequent technical service to customers.
  • •Collect and analyze product usage data and recommend formulations to customers.
  • •Implement the company’s technical service system in coordination with sales to increase sales and market share.
  • •Host regional technical lectures and promotional meetings to educate customers and field staff.
  • •Improve the technical service capabilities of regional sales managers and partners; contribute to product training materials and ongoing product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above, major in animal nutrition, Master’s preferred
  • •At least 5 years of relevant work experience in feed/nutrition industry
  • •Strong product knowledge and technical background; ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • •Excellent communication and conflict management skills; strong on-site problem solving and presentation abilities
