  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays, to support customer needs.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability by recording use, wear, and asset conditions.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •EPA Certification; chiller experience is a plus.
