•Drive results by responding to inbound requests and executing a high volume of outbound calls and emails to generate new sales and maintain a pipeline of target prospects.
•Focus on customer success by listening to customer needs and recommending Esri solutions, coordinating with sales teams for ongoing opportunity management and handoff of accounts.
•Communicate and collaborate with sales management to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging, and participate in marketing and sales campaigns.
•Learn and grow by understanding Esri’s products, leveraging CRM best practices, and ensuring data and activities are well-managed.
•Gather and share feedback on lead quality to support demand generation and team improvement.
