Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of data warehousing programs using Data Vault 2.0 and dimensional modeling in cloud and on-prem environments
  • •Collaborate with product managers, project managers, business users, and DBA teams to analyze requirements and deploy technical data solutions
  • •Develop normalized, denormalized, relational, dimensional, star, and snowflake schemas for large-scale data stores
  • •Utilize tools like Erwin, ER/Studio, or ToAD Data Modeler to model 100+ entity tables and ensure data lineage and governance
  • •Coordinate with offshore/on-site teams to ensure alignment and timely standups (minimum 2 hours overlap with Pacific Timings)

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Data Modeling and Data Analysis with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • •Strong understanding of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and data modeling using Data Vault 2.0
  • •Experience with Data Lakehouse concepts and Big Data sources/tools (Hive, S3, Trino, Hue)
  • •Proven ability to design complex data models (100+ entities/tables) for on-prem and cloud environments using ERwin, ER/Studio, or ToAD Data Modeler
  • •Extensive data warehousing experience with Hive, Redshift, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2
