Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and supervise cost-effective, timely maintenance execution for all operational equipment.
  • •Direct, coordinate, and support maintenance personnel, including schedules and time and attendance records.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve technical equipment issues; coordinate modifications or installations with contractors/vendors/engineering.
  • •Maintain records and ensure OSHA standards and programs are implemented, including PSM compliance.
  • •Manage maintenance for high-pressure boiler, compressed air, hot water generation, and HVAC systems; conduct monthly safety meetings and support ergonomics improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with experience in anhydrous ammonia, mechanical refrigeration, and high-pressure boiler maintenance preferred.
  • •Education beyond high school, including vocational school or college coursework; Tyson Level 8 training in the MT or ERT program preferred.
  • •Ability to supervise a group of personnel performing related maintenance tasks.
  • •Basic computer skills for email, entering data, and creating simple queries/document templates.
  • •Willingness to travel 1 to 5 trips per year.
