Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage product development timelines across new products, color/size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes, tracking milestones and escalating risks early.
  • •Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and vendors to ensure alignment on development status and dependencies.
  • •Ensure product documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for vendor handoff, including technical specifications, build documentation, testing requirements, and fit inputs.
  • •Coordinate sample requests, shipments, reviews, fit requests, and revisions; facilitate timely product reviews and approvals and track testing requests and results.
  • •Run in-person country development trips and partner with Sourcing to support materials staging and production; deliver photo samples to Creative and maintain clean real-time data across product development systems.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in product development or factory-facing roles.
  • •Deep category expertise, including product and material standards.
  • •Extensive experience working directly with factories and sample rooms.
  • •Comfort operating independently in ambiguity with a highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical approach focused on execution and quality improvement.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication across language, cultural, and functional boundaries.
