Investment Banking Analyst, Infrastructure

Support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing M&A, equity, and other financial advisory transactions for clients in Australia with a focus on infrastructure. Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and valuation work, and build financial models, pitch books, and presentation materials. Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms with legal and compliance partners, while helping grow relationships and assist in mentoring junior team members.
