Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing M&A transactions and equity and other financial advisory services.
  • •Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and valuation assessments to support client pitches and transaction processes.
  • •Prepare detailed financial models, pitch books, and presentation materials for client meetings and transactions.
  • •Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and liaise with legal, compliance, and other teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry contacts, and assist in mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • •Relevant investment banking experience with exposure to M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance transactions.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
