Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and evaluate procurement markets for the assigned purchasing area, including trade fair and supplier visits.
  • •Obtain and evaluate offers/RFQs (ERFPs), including for special solutions.
  • •Support global ERFP activities in collaboration with commodity management.
  • •Derive and develop purchasing strategies for the assigned area.
  • •Independently negotiate prices, purchasing terms, and individual and framework contracts, while monitoring markets for new suppliers and technologies.
