Job Summary

Lead day-to-day store operations and provide exceptional floor supervision in a high-energy, customer-first sales environment. Drive personal and team sales to KPI targets by analyzing metrics and coaching performance. Key Responsibilities

•Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices.
•Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, ensuring exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences and driving repeat business and VIP retention.
•Coach and develop the team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, ongoing training, and providing performance feedback to store leadership.
•Perform and supervise opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
•Manage operational and inventory excellence by supervising POS transactions and inventory functions, keeping the stockroom organized, and directing timely replenishment; support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
•2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Social media literacy and comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
