Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily IT operations in collaboration with the IT Manager, ensuring effective task delegation, shift coverage, and workflow optimization.
•Coach and mentor team members, fostering a proactive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
•Support in creating and maintaining shift schedules, SOPs, and internal documentation.
•Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback to drive individual and team growth.
•Supervise troubleshooting and incident response for hardware, network, and system issues.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration, including at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role.
•Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration, AD management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
•Solid understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure, VLANs, and basic routing/switching principles.
•Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
•Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
